2011 Racehorse Red
Our 2011 Racehorse Red Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon-Zinfandel blend is our fourth release of this very popular wine
and is and ode to our passion for artisanal wines and thoroughbred racehorses. It combines the best aspects of these two
classic California grapes. The black cherry aroma and flavors of cherry, sweet oak and anise come from the Cabernet
Sauvignon and the black raspberry, spicy pepper, cinnamon and clove come from the Zinfandel together they produced
this aromatic wine with a deep garnet color and a smooth and savory finish.
This versatile wine pairs well with salmon, cheeses and charcuterie, pasta pomodoro, barbecued ribs and steak.
